A simple divorce is a process that involves prose forms provided from family court in the jurisdiction in which you are currently present. Using the simple divorce process as prose will eliminate the need for an attorney . To keep a divorce process simple and to the point; all parties involved must be in agreement with the stipulations of a two-party agreed term. Assets, financials, and children if any; will be included within the agreed term contract that was, will; or can be drafted. Once the forms are filed, a hearing is required to complete the process.
